Vacuum Bakeout

We offer vacuum bakeout services for a variety of soft goods products including lightweight, small blankets and select accessory materials. In addition, we are also able to outgas materials such as ground wire, fastener tapes, thread, and webbing. With our in-house outgassing capabilities, we test to various specifications including, ASTM E-595, ASTM E-1260 to meet NASA Standard SPR-0022A of <1.0% TML and <0.1% CVCM.

  • Vacuum bakeout to a variety of parameters including time, temperature, and pressure
  • Certified test results on vacuum baked materials
  • Post processed and packaged in cleanroom bags
